Tŷ Seren is the sleep box in the collection. Seren means star in Welsh and is curated to aid relaxation and help you to slip into a deep and mindful sleep.

The box contains:

An aromatherapy pillow/room spray in a reusable spray bottle.

A sleep inducing lavender and thyme - bath bomb - can be substituted for a shower steamer.

Sandalwood Silk body and hand lotion (150mls) (Vegan and sustainable)

Aromatherapy oil pulse point roll on with lavender, Rose, Vetiver essential oils in Vitamin E carrier oil.

A forever tin containing 50gms of herbal sleep tea produced  by the loose leaf tea company in Brecon, Wales.  

A reusable in cup tea strainer.

A Nepalese hand made paper note book and recycled newspaper pencil, to write down any lingering thoughts before you sleep.

Presented within a reusable kraft coloured box with natural recycled wood wool and acid free tissue paper.

I was looking for something that had a mix of different products and this was great. I have struggled with sleeping and having these products has meant I have everything for an ideal sleep time routine. I also have a box that I can reuse. Delivered in good time.
