About Our Products

What are your products made from and where?
Our wellness products are crafted with you in mind! Each product is designed to promote calm and relaxation, grounding or to be uplifting. We use natural essential oils and naturally occurring products were possible. Our products are not tested on animals and are vegan.  We use minimal plastics within our products, with all our packaging either recycled or recyclable (preferably reuse them!)

The products we sell are clearly identified if they are Tytotal made. We do source our soap from local producers in Wales, that is until I am able to master that skill!  

How do I use the products?
Each product comes with specific usage instructions. 

Are your products suitable for everyone?
While our products generally use natural ingredients such as essential oils, we recommend consulting with a healthcare professional if you're pregnant, breast feeding, or have specific health concerns.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. We'll send you tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the UK.

What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. See returns policy

How do I return an item?
