Created in the quiet strength of choosing not to drink alcohol and inspired by the rolling hills of Wales, TŷTotal is more than a gift box — it’s  sanctuary in a box.

After embracing an alcohol-free life, I began to rediscover what it meant to feel grounded, calm, and present. One of the things that helped most was the simple act of sipping tea from a vintage china cup. It became a daily pause — a moment of stillness and self-connection. 

That’s why tea plays a special role in one of the TŷTotal boxes: Tŷ Sip.

Whether you seek to soothe, sleep, or simply sip and be present, these box offers comfort, ritual, and calm.

In Welsh, “Tŷ” means house or home. TŷTotal is my way of saying: Welcome home to yourself.
